1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional, for added crunch)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)

Fresh apple slices, for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling:

    In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese (or goat cheese) with ground cinnamon and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. This will be your creamy base layer.

      Spread the Apple Butter:

        Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of apple butter over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about half an inch from the edges.

          Add the Cream Cheese Mixture:
