2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup cooked crispy bacon, chopped

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup flour tortillas (small or medium size)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Optional: fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, and avocado for garnish

Optional: ranch dressing for dipping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch seasoning mix, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Assemble the Taquitos:

        - Take one tortilla and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken and bacon filling onto one end.

          - Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling. Place the rolled taquito seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

            - Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

              Brush with Oil: Once all the taquitos are rolled and placed on the baking sheet, lightly brush the tops with olive oil to ensure they become crispy in the oven.
