1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries or raisins

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional for added texture and nutrition)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Add Mix-ins: Fold in the diced apple, dried cranberries (or raisins), walnuts (if using), and chia seeds (optional). Make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Spread the Mixture: Line a baking sheet (about 9x13 inches) with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
