1 lb (450g) cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 large flatbreads or naan breads

1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low and gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

      Assemble the Flatbread: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a generous layer of the Alfredo sauce over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
