Ingredients

12 oz elbow macaroni (or your favorite pasta)

2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained and flaked

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

1 cup crushed potato chips (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, frozen peas, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese. Mix everything until well combined.

Make the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.

Combine Everything: In the bowl with the tuna mixture, add the cooked macaroni and pour the soup mixture over it. Gently fold until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Transfer to Casserole Dish: Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the casserole mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

Add Topping: If using, sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over the top for added crunch.

Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm, and enjoy this deliciously cozy casserole with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
