Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Whipped cream, for topping

Extra banana slices, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until well combined and crumbly.

      - Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each individual serving cup, pressing it down gently to form a crust layer.

        Prepare the Cream Filling:

          - In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

            - In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.

              - Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

                Layer the Cups:

                  - Spoon approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the cream filling over the graham cracker crust in each cup.

                    - Follow with a layer of banana slices on top of the cream filling.

                      - Repeat with another layer of cream filling over the bananas and top with additional slices if desired.

                        Chill the Cups:

                          - Refrigerate the assembled cups for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set.

                            Serve:

                              - Before serving, top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped walnuts or pecans, if using. Add a few extra banana slices for garnish.

                                Enjoy:

                                  - Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful combination of creamy, banana-flavored goodness in every bite!
