Ingredients

8 oz (225g) pasta (fusilli or penne work well)

1 can (5 oz) tuna in olive oil, drained

1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Combine Ingredients: To the bowl with the dressing, add the cooled pasta, drained tuna, chopped dill pickles, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion. Gently fold together until everything is mixed evenly and the pasta is coated in the dressing.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve: After chilling, give the pasta a gentle stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired. Serve cold.
