1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

½ cup blueberries

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons honey (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Slice and Dice: Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Slice the banana, hull and halve the strawberries, and if using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks.

Assemble the Bowls: In serving bowls, scoop a generous portion of the cottage cheese mixture as the base.

Add the Fruits: Layer the sliced banana, strawberries, pineapple chunks, and blueberries over the cottage cheese in each bowl.

Sprinkle the Coconut: Evenly distribute the shredded coconut over the top of the fruit bowls for added texture and flavor.

Garnish: Add a sprig of fresh mint on top for a pop of color and freshness.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately as a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert!
