1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen (thawed and drained if frozen)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the basil pesto, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, spinach, and the creamy pesto mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.

Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta bake.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
