1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)

1 cup of fresh ricotta cheese

6 fresh figs, sliced

3 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced

1 cup arugula

1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh rosemary, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

    Prepare the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.

      Spread the Ricotta: Using a spoon, dollop the ricotta cheese evenly over the surface of the rolled-out dough. Leave a small border around the edge for the crust.

        Add Figs and Prosciutto: Arrange the sliced figs artfully on top of the ricotta. Tear the prosciutto into smaller pieces and distribute them evenly over the figs.

          Season: Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors.

            Bake the Pizza: Carefully slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
