1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Coconut flakes for rolling (optional)

Instructions

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, diced dried apples, chopped nuts, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds (if using). Stir until well combined.

Add Chocolate Chips: If you’re using mini chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture for an added sweet touch.

Form the Bites: Use your hands to scoop out small portions of the mixture (about a tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. If desired, dip them in coconut flakes to coat.

Chill: Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Store: Once set, transfer them to an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for up to a week, or frozen for up to a month.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes (including chilling) | Servings: About 12-15 bites
