1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped almonds (toasted for extra flavor)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Adjust sweetness if needed.

    Add texture: Gently fold in the chopped toasted almonds into the yogurt mixture. This adds a delightful crunch to the squares.

      Transfer to a dish: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula to create an even layer.

        Chocolate layer: Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture, using a spatula to create a marbled effect if desired.

          Freeze: Place the pan in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
