Ingredients

For the Chocolate Mocha Layer:

1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

For the Crumble Topping:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

For Garnish:

Whipped cream (optional)

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional)

Coffee beans (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chocolate Mocha Layer:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled brewed espresso, cocoa powder, sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk to mix until smooth and well-combined.

      - Pour the mixture into small cups or silicone molds, filling them about halfway. Place the cups in the freezer and let them set for about 2 hours or until firm.

        Make the Crumble Topping:

          - In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and semi-sweet chocolate chips until well combined. The mixture should be crumbly but hold together when pressed.

            - Once the chocolate mocha layer has set, remove the cups from the freezer. Spoon the crumble topping evenly over each cup, pressing it down gently to compact it.

              Final Freezing:

                - Return the cups to the freezer for an additional 1–2 hours, or until the crumble topping is frozen solid.

                  Serve:

                    - To serve, let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes for easier removal. If using silicone molds, gently pop them out; if using cups, you can serve them directly.

                      - Top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, and a few coffee beans for a decorative touch if desired.

                        Enjoy!

                          - Indulge in your Frozen Chocolate Mocha Crumble Cups as a refreshing dessert that is rich in flavor with a delightful crunch!
