2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 large apple, peeled and diced (preferably a sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp)

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and chopped

1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: additional chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, or dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish or a similar-sized pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and smooth.

      Incorporate the Ingredients: Gently fold in the diced apple, chopped dates, walnuts, and rolled oats into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.

        Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly and smooth the top.
