Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or flavored yogurt of your choice)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for an indulgent twist)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Berries: Wash the mixed berries thoroughly. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Combine Berries and Yogurt: Gently fold the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. If you’re adding granola or chocolate chips, gently stir them in at this stage.

Scoop and Shape: Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt and berry mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape them into clusters or discs, ensuring they don’t touch each other.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the clusters are completely frozen solid.

Store: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container or a zip-lock bag, separating layers with parchment paper for easier access. Store it back in the freezer.

Serve: Enjoy immediately from the freezer for a refreshing snack or dessert. Let them sit for a minute before eating to soften slightly for the best texture.
