1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (your choice - store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of salt

Fresh fruit (such as berries or sliced bananas) for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Mix in Granola and Coconut: Gently fold in the granola and shredded coconut until well incorporated. If using mini chocolate chips, add them at this stage and mix to combine.

      Mold the Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it. Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, portion the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full. Press down gently to ensure they are compact.
