4 medium-sized russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)

Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes while you prepare the potatoes.

    Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, add the potato wedges. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

      Mix the Seasonings: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a seasoning blend.
