1 lb (450g) ground beef or turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 French baguette or Italian bread, sliced into 1-inch pieces

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Form Meatballs: Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
