1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 package of flatbread (approximately 4-6 pieces)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them lightly with olive oil using a pastry brush. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the flatbreads for added flavor.

      Mix the Chicken Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and pesto sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the pesto.

        Assemble the Flatbreads: Spread a layer of the chicken and pesto mixture evenly over each flatbread. Leave a small border around the edges for easy handling.

          Add Cheese and Tomatoes: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the chicken mixture. Place the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese to add a burst of flavor and color. Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for extra richness.
