1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For Assembly:

1 cup toasted mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

Make the Neapolitan Cake:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

      - In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir well.

        - Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed until smooth and well combined (about 2-3 minutes).

          - Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.

            Prepare the Strawberries:

              - In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let them sit for about 15-20 minutes to macerate and release their juices.

                Make the Chocolate Ganache:

                  - In a small saucepan over low heat, bring the heavy cream to just a simmer.

                    - Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a separate bowl. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.

                      Prepare the Vanilla Whipped Cream:

                        - In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

                          Assemble the Nachos:

                            - Once the cake is cooled, crumble it into irregular, nacho-like pieces and place them on a serving platter.

                              - Drizzle the chocolate ganache generously over the crumbled cake.

                                - Scatter the macerated strawberries and their juices over the top.

                                  - Add dollops of vanilla whipped cream around the platter.

                                    - Finish by sprinkling the toasted mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers over the entire dish.

                                      Garnish and Serve:

                                        - Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy this fun dessert twist!
