1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut butter)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup rolled oats (optional, for added texture)

Additional melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and rolled oats (if using). Stir until evenly combined.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the nut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.

      Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients bowl. Stir until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry, add a bit more nut butter or maple syrup; if it’s too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
