1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup natural almond or peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Prepare the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and shredded coconut. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of the dry ingredients.

    Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the almond (or peanut) butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
