Ingredients

4 cups brewed black tea, cooled

2 cups pineapple juice (freshly squeezed if possible)

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 cup mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

2 cups sparkling water or soda (optional, for fizz)

Ice cubes

Instructions

Brew the Tea: Start by brewing your black tea. Use 4 tea bags steeped in 4 cups of boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely.

Mix the Punch: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled black tea, pineapple juice, coconut water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add Citrus and Mint: Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and mint leaves to the mixture. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the mint leaves to release their aroma but do not pulverize them.

Chill & Prepare for Serving: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.

Prepare the Glasses: When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and add fresh pineapple chunks.

Pour the Punch: Pour the chilled tea punch over the ice and pineapple. If you want a fizzy touch, top each glass with sparkling water or soda.

Garnish & Enjoy: Garnish with additional mint leaves for a refreshing touch. Stir gently and serve immediately for a tropical escape in a glass!
