2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

4 flatbreads or naan bread

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Olive oil, for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Assemble the Flatbreads: Take the flatbreads or naan and place them on a baking sheet. Lightly brush each side with olive oil to enhance crispiness.

        Add the Toppings: Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over each flatbread, ensuring to leave a small border around the edges. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, corn kernels, and sliced red onions.
