1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small red onion, sliced

1 head of Romaine or Butter lettuce, leaves separated

1 avocado, sliced

1 lime, juiced

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Optional toppings: salsa, Greek yogurt or sour cream, shredded cheese

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

      Add Vegetables: Once the chicken is nearly done, add the sliced bell peppers and red onion to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.

        Prepare Lettuce Wraps: While the chicken and vegetables are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps by rinsing the lettuce leaves and patting them dry. Lay them flat on a serving platter.
