1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced chicken breast and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
