1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors for vibrancy)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

4 large whole wheat tortillas (or your preferred wraps)

2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)

Prepare the Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined and a little frothy.

    Cook the Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the diced bell peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until they soften. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Scramble the Eggs: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently with a spatula, until just set but still creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
