Ingredients

4 whole wheat tortillas

12 ounces sliced turkey breast (deli meat or roasted)

1 large apple (e.g., Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced

4 ounces cream cheese (or herbed cream cheese for added flavor)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional for sweetness)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional for a kick)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients. Wash the apple and cut it into thin slices, removing the core. Rinse the fresh spinach under cold water and pat dry.

Spread the Cream Cheese: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board or plate. Evenly spread about 1 ounce of cream cheese over the surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the Fillings: On top of the cream cheese, layer 3 ounces of sliced turkey, followed by a handful of fresh spinach leaves, a few apple slices, and a sprinkle of shredded carrots. If you're adding cranberries, distribute them evenly on top.

Dijon Mustard (Optional): If you love a bit of extra flavor, drizzle a bit of Dijon mustard on top of the fillings.

Season: Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.

Roll the Wrap: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings. Make sure to roll it firmly but not so tight that the fillings spill out.

Slice and Serve: Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the wrap in half at an angle. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas. Arrange them on a platter and enjoy!
